Raspberries have been a classic crop at the Wilkin Estates in Tiptree, Essex, where we've been growing fruit since the 1800s.
Each raspberry is carefully hand-picked and gently steeped in locally distilled Hayman’s gin, creating a vibrant liqueur packed with the bright, juicy flavour of English raspberries.
Savour it over ice, mix it with your favourite tonic for a fruity Gin Spritzer, or add a splash to Prosecco for a sparkling Raspberry Gin Royale. Bold, fresh, and irresistibly British.
