This jam is made of 85% organic raspberries and contains less sugar. It is handmade, without preservatives or dyes, and is also gluten-free and GMO-free. With a high fruit content (85%), it is perfect for breakfast, snacks, toppings, and pairings with lots of flavour. Try using it as a filling for cocoa-based pastries, cakes, biscuits, and cupcakes, or as a dressing with vinegar, honey, and mustard.
