Dried Shallots from Anjoman bring the classic onion flavour to savoury dishes. This product is made from carefully sourced shallots harvested fresh and dehydrated to preserve their full flavour. Dried shallots have a long shelf life and are easy to incorporate into cooking because of their interesting flavour which is the combination of mild garlic and sweet onion.
