Gently hand-picked while still young and supple, our pickled walnuts are trimmed and brined before undergoing a slow and careful air-cure until their signature black hue is achieved. Later, they are delicately placed in small batches of spiced cider vinegar, lending the perfect accompaniment to any cheese board. A truly exquisite flavour, our pickled walnuts make for a distinguished delicacy.
