Description
Citron jam is also known as Balang jam and has been a traditional staple in Middle Eastern breakfasts for many years. It is made from Meyer lemons which are a sweet hybrid that has a deep yellow skin and dark yellow pulp. This jam has a distinct sweet jasmine scent and is delicious with toast, bread, crumpets and plain croissants.
