A zesty, fruity blend of ancho chilli peppers, cider vinegar, garlic, and spices. Ancho chillies lend a subtle heat and fruity notes to this marinade, perfect for traditional recipes such as barbacoa.

Serving Suggestion

Baste meat, fish or vegetables and leave the flavours to develop for at least half an hour before barbecuing, grilling or roasting. Can also be used as a steak sauce or mix with butter for baked potatoes.
