Grape molasses is made with reduced grapes and is thought to be one of the first sweeteners before honey and cane sugar. It can be used to sweeten breads, cookies and cakes while also being used to flavour puddings and drinks. You can  incorporate it into BBQ sauces and marinades. The addition of tahini makes the flavour more complex.
