These fine French Cocoa Dusted Truffles from Mathez Chocolatier come in a pack of 2 x 500g decorated tins and are perfect to give as gifts or to share between friends. Chocolate Truffles are made of chocolate ganache, a mixture of chocolate and cream that is melted together and rolled into balls, before being dusted in cocoa powder. Mathez has been making chocolate for over 80 years and are one of the leading French producers of dusted truffles.
