Description
Rosehip Marmalade is a preserve that is made entirely out of rosehips, leaving behind a slightly sweet and earthy flavour. Because it is a preserve, it is thicker than jellies and jams but is used in the traditional way as well as an additive to enhance cooking sauces.
Ingredients: sugar, rosehip 45%, glucose syrup, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickening agent (pectin)
