Sultan Baci Blackberry Jam (380g)

Blackberry Jam is a jam that is made from blackberries alone. Unlike jellies, jam is thicker and retains some of the fruit pieces, which gives the jam a thicker, chunkier texture some find easier to spread. It can be put on toast or mixed into plain yoghurt for breakfast. It can also be enjoyed with cheese and crackers or mixed into a pan sauce for a sweet and savoury flavour profile.

Ingredients:  sugar, blackberry (45%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (pectin)
