Vipro Red Baked Pindjur (550g)

Red Baked Pindjur is a baked tomato and red pepper spread that is commonly used in any number of foods. You'll notice the tang of vinegar and garlic with the sweetness of sugar commonly added to it which imparts a complex and interesting flavour to your dishes. It is also enjoyed on its own, as it comes, either as a dip for raw veggies or it can be used as a spread on toast and in sandwiches.
