The key to its rich, delightful flavour is the use of fresh, locally sourced pears, processed quickly to preserve their natural sweetness and texture
Ingredients:
Peaches, sugar. Gelling agent: fruit pectin. Acidifier: citric acid. Fruit used 70g per 100g of finished product.
Gluten-free as per law.
The jams regulation does not allow the use of ingredients containing gluten.
