Hillfarm Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is the only oil that a chef needs in the kitchen. It covers all uses - with its delicate nutty flavour and buttery texture making it a great carrier of other flavours in dressings and marinades. Thanks to its high smoke point, it is a great oil for cooking with as it does not burn below 220°C - unlike many other oils.

Hillfarm Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, compared to other oils, is a very healthy oil (see label) due to its low level of saturated fat, its high content of vitamin E and because it is rich in the three Omegas.

Hillfarm Oils is produced in East Anglia from rapeseed crops that are carefully grown in harmony with nature and pollinated by the Hillfarm bees. The oil is pressed in Hillfarm’s solar-powered barn and packed into a plastic bottle that is made from increasing amounts of recycled plastic.
