Crafted on Mount Gerazim, near the historic town of Nablus, the birthplace of Tahini, the sesame seeds are sourced from Ethiopia, renowned for producing some of the finest sesame globally. Carefully washed and roasted, each batch undergoes meticulous attention from their expert roasters, who rely on both their keen sense of smell and sharp eyesight to ensure the seeds do not catch or overheat. Once peeled, the seeds are double-milled to achieve an exceptionally fine texture, delivering a premium product every time.

Usages:

Use to make hummus

Whisk with citrus fruit juice, water, garlic and maybe a little honey for a fantastic salad dressing

Serve on roasted aubergines and cauliflower

Mix into yoghurt with garlic and lemon to go with charcoal-grilled meats or fish
