Cultivated in the sun-drenched hills of Andalucía, Southern Spain, the Cornicabra olive derives its name from its distinctive natural horn shape. These olives undergo a slow ripening process, harvested at the season's end to yield a luscious golden oil imbued with vibrant green hues.

Usages:

  • Use for cooking and dipping
  • Makes a good dressing
  • Adds flavour to a chocolate mousse
