Gullon Lady Fingers Biscuits (400g)

Lady fingers, also known as Sponge Fingers, are a low-density cookie that is sweet and spongey. Gullon Lady Fingers Biscuits are integral to a lot of different types of dessert recipes, including trifles, tiramisu and charlottes. They can also be used as a fruit or chocolate gateau lining. These cookies are often dipped in coffee.

Ingredients:  Wheat flour, sugar, egg, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, glucose syrup, ammonium bicarbonate, artificial flavors, salt. Contains egg and wheat. May contain milk, soy and hazelnuts.
