Also known as jute leaves or jews mallows. Dried Jew's Mallow is a leafy green vegetable that is similar to kale or spinach. It usually comes dried and is added to soups and cooked in broth that makes them good for adding to hearty stews. While it is compared to spinach and kale due to its texture it does not resemble the taste of spinach.
