GROUND TURMERIC HAS A RICH, COMPLEX WOODY AROMA AND A WARM, SLIGHTLY BITTER GINGER-LIKE TASTE. IT'S BRILLIANT YELLOW COLOUR MEANS THAT IT IS WIDLEY USED AS A COLOURING INGREDIENT INA VARIETY OF FOODS.

. Saute with chilli powder, mustard seeds and oil for spicy Bombay potatoes.

. For a Caribbean chicken rub, blend Ground Turmeric, curry powder, cayenne pepper, cumin and ground black pepper.

. Add flavour and depth to Moroccan tagines and Indian and Thai curries.
